How soon will my order ship?

All in stock orders will ship within 48 hours of placing your order.
How much hair will I need?

When getting any strand by strand service it is always best to consult with a professional stylist. I-tip Extension installs usually require an average of 200 strands which is the equivalent of 2 bundles of wefted hair. For Tape Ins an average of 80 tapes are used which is the equivalent of 2 bundles of wefted hair. For Clip Ins 200g of hair is normally used which is the equivalent of 2 bundles of wefted hair. Wefted hair is 100g per bundle and 2 bundles are usually needed for beaded weft and braidless sew in extensions styles.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of this product.
How do I know which texture matches my hair best?

Always consult with a professional stylist before purchasing hair extensions. The texture needed is best deciphered after analyzing your hair in its wet and air dried state to get a true texture match.
Do you sell closures and frontals?

We do not offer any lace products at this time.
